Mr. Frye graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California Davis in 1966 and received his Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of the Law in 1969. He has been a litigation attorney for more than 40 years and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California. A significant aspect of Mr. Frye’s practice is the handling of claims against insurance companies.
Mr. Frye has achieved the highest ranking (AV) for professional ability and ethics by Martindale Hubbell. He has extensive experience as a trial attorney in state and federal courts in California. While Mr. Frye specializes in personal injury, professional liability, and insurance bad faith, his jury trial experience also includes employment discrimination and real estate fraud. He is respected throughout the legal community as a skilled litigator who will aggressively represent his clients. He recently obtained a settlement for his client of more than $10 million after two days of tough negotiations with an insurance company. He will not back down. Mr. Frye is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
