California man causes deadly car accident
There are a number of factors that can contribute to car accidents, including distracted driving, driving under the influence and using a phone. Regardless of the cause of motor vehicle accidents, they take place too often in San Francisco and throughout the state. Sadly, an auto accident can claim lives and cause serious problems for those involved, which is why drivers should always be responsible on the road. A recent auto accident, which occurred in Lodi and involved six cars, claimed five lives in a tragic incident that has garnered a great deal of mourning from those in the local community. The 28-year-old driver who caused the crash had been consuming alcohol prior to getting behind the wheel. Additionally, the man had recently been released from prison and was not licensed to drive. He was sent to the hospital due to his injuries. Those who lost their lives in this crash all belonged to the same family and included a pregnant mother, father and three children. One of their children, a 9-year-old girl, survived the accident and is struggling with her injuries. For those involved in motor vehicle crashes, the problems they face can be devastating in many ways. In addition to debilitating injuries and loss of life, there are legal and financial dilemmas that can arise as well. Not only can hospital bills be difficult to pay, but families sometimes struggle with funeral expenses also. If you are dealing with these issues, it could be a good idea to talk with a legal professional.
